To Beta test a product is not only about having early access, but to help us improve the product and get it ready for the public release. It’s an important role you play as part of our Beta testing community.

How to help us improve the product:

• Please read the release notes for each build. They're very important and can give you a glimpse of what to expect from the specific update. Not only what has been fixed, but also which issues are known

• Take note of the app build number, for further communications with us. Issues can be present in a build and solved in another one, so it is important to understand what we’re working to solve

• There are new app releases most weeks, with some critical updates that can be released in closer intervals. Please always check for updates before intensive sessions on the product

Our support system: Fresh Desk

• Fresh Desk is our support portal, available to any user of our products. For Beta testers we offer access to specific sections, not available to others. Access it here: https://support.infinity.audio/

• In this portal you'll be able to open tickets for bugs, improvements and requests. We might use the tickets to communicate with regarding specific issues.

• For each ticket you open, specify the release version of the app that you’re using. Check periodically your tickets, in order to see if specific issues have been solved or if you have any questions from our end

• Open a different ticket for each issue, so we can address each one individually.

What to do when you find a bug:

• Any software has bugs. During its beta phase, some bugs can be critical, and we understand it can even block parts of your workflow.

• Because we’re a small team, we have to prioritise our mission critical bugs. We will make sure to communicate with you and let you know how we are tracking with your tickets.

• The more information you share with us, the better. If you can help us to recreate the situation when the bug occurred, that will be very helpful in understanding what went wrong and how we can fix it.

• If you have a crash report from the system, please attach its content. It might not have any sense to you, but can make the difference for us.
