ONE Instrument® 1.2.5 is here
The new update is available and focuses on what matters most in daily use: speed, control and stability. Macros have been completely redesigned with a new layout engine and an in-context editor, making sound shaping faster and more intuitive without breaking your flow. Timing has also been improved across the board, with full AUv3 tempo sync, a tighter MIDI clock and a more reliable metronome, so everything feels more locked and consistent while you play or sketch ideas.
Multi-window MIDI Hold now works seamlessly with a dedicated Virtual Keyboard toggle, opening up a more fluid way to build layers, loops and evolving textures without interruptions. Browsing is significantly faster, especially with large libraries, and combined with natural sorting and automatic tag inheritance it makes navigating sounds cleaner and more immediate. The Cloud Browser has also been refreshed, with faster previews and SoundCloud support for easier exploration directly inside your workflow.
Behind the scenes, more than 30 crash fixes make this the most stable release of the entire 1.2 series, removing friction and letting you stay focused on creating.
⚠️ A quick note: version 1.3 is just around the corner and will bring ONE Instrument® to the Mac App Store. It will also be required for the upcoming ONE Instrument Cloud, so make sure to update as soon as it’s available.
