ONE Instrument® 1.3.4 — Coming Soon
The Layer Builder is evolving
ONE Instrument® 1.3.4 takes another important step forward, expanding the Layer Builder from a place where sounds come together into a more complete creative environment where ideas can also be played, captured and developed. The starting point remains the same: find a sound that inspires you, play it and let the idea grow naturally.
With the new MIDI Loop Recording, you can capture your own performance directly inside the Layer Builder and create 2, 4 or 8-bar loops. This makes it possible to start from a single sound, record an idea and continue building around it with additional instruments and layers, without interrupting the creative flow.
The new Hold function is now connected to Master Clock and Sync, allowing sustained notes, rhythmic sounds and evolving instruments to remain synchronized with the entire performance. Alongside it, a redesigned Metronome introduces customizable time signatures, giving you greater freedom when creating and recording your loops.
Version 1.3.4 also expands MIDI workflow with MIDI file import and export, making it easier to bring existing musical ideas into ONE Instrument or continue working with something you have created elsewhere. New graphic animations provide more immediate visual feedback while playing, making the interaction between sounds, layers and performance even more intuitive.
Performer also takes a significant step forward. You can now import video directly into ONE Instrument and play it with or without its original audio. This opens up a new way to perform, experiment and create while interacting with visual content directly from the same environment. Your performance can then be captured and saved as audio + video, keeping the entire experience together from the first sound to the final performance.
And these are only some of the new features arriving with ONE Instrument® 1.3.4.
At the heart of this release is a simple idea: today’s virtual instruments are increasingly creative and inspiring, and sometimes a single sound is all you need to start making music. ONE Instrument is designed to make that moment immediate — find a sound, play it, get inspired, capture the idea and let it grow.
